We have been blessed with wonderful things, but the spirit of the age can blind us to the origin of these things, turning us away from our relationships and into ourselves, causing us to see those gifts as being our own, to be used for our own ends. Jesus has the power to change our lives so that they may reflect the goodness of God and his blessing for his creation.
